CONSULTATION
The first and most important step in our custom couture process is the consultation.
Please note: You do not need a consultation if you’re purchasing any of our pre-existing designs listed on our website or Instagram page. To order a pre-designed style:
- Simply select your size based on our generic size chart.
- Or contact us directly via email or WhatsApp with a picture of the design and your preferred size.
However, if you’d like to:
- Make any changes to an existing design or Create a completely custom piece, then a consultation is required.
During your 1-hour consultation (via your preferred channel; In-person or virtual), we’ll discuss:
- The purpose and occasion for your dress
- Your personal style and inspiration images
- Design direction, fabrics, silhouettes, colors…etc.
Kindly send us reference pictures or mood boards before your consultation.
Note: While we do not copy other designers’ work, we welcome reference images to help us understand your aesthetic.
We’ll also provide:
- Expert recommendations tailored to your body, taste, and the occasion
- Optional fashion illustration (available upon request for an additional fee)
Once your design is finalized, we’ll provide a quote based on your selections and deadline.
Quotes are time-sensitive and valid only until the stated deadline.
IMPORTANT POLICIES (Please Read Carefully)
- Once an order is confirmed, production begins immediately.
- We cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or design changes once your order is in progress.
- Design changes requested after production has started will incur a minimum 50% fee of the original cost.

MEASUREMENTS
For In-Person Clients (Madrid Studio): We’ll take your full measurements during your consultation.
For Remote Clients: You can choose one of the following:
- Fill our detailed measurement form, which will be sent to you after consultation
- Book a free virtual session, where we’ll guide you step-by-step via video call
PRODUCTION TIMELINE
- Our standard production timeline is 12 weeks minimum.
- For wedding gowns, we recommend beginning 4–9 months before your event.
Need it sooner?
Expedited service may be available depending on our production schedule, for an additional fee.
Share your event date during consultation and we’ll let you know if a rush order is possible.
FOLLOW-UP CONSULTATION
Already a client? Follow-up consultations are free.
Appointments are still required, especially for studio visits.
FITTINGS
For In-Person Clients, once your dress is ready:
- We’ll contact you for your first fitting
- If needed, allow up to 3 weeks for alterations and a second fitting
- Once finalized, your dress will be ready for pickup or delivery
For Remote Clients:
- You’ll receive a live video fitting session to review all details before shipping
- We strongly recommend arranging for a local tailor in case minor adjustments are needed (e.g., hemline or fit due to weight changes)
Please note: We create your dress based on the exact measurements you provide.
