Return & Exchange Policy
We gladly accept returns for exchange under the following conditions:
- If you receive an incorrect item, or your order does not match the size measurements you provided at checkout, we take full responsibility for correcting it.
- Eligible items must be returned in their original condition within 10 business days of delivery to be considered for exchange.
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will verify the mismatch and, once confirmed, we will remake and reship your order at no additional cost.
Please note:
- All purchases are final. Refunds are not permitted unless otherwise stated below.
- Orders for dresses listed as “Sample Dress” may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders are processed and cannot be cancelled.
- It is your responsibility to select the correct size when ordering.
- All returns are reviewed individually. Styleville by Oma reserves the right to determine eligibility for exchange.
- Only one exchange is permitted per item.
- Exchanges are for the same item and size correction only.
- Returned items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- Undamaged
- Free of stains, lint, or odors
- In original packaging with all tags attached
Once tags are removed, the item is no longer eligible for return.
Items returned that do not meet these conditions will not qualify for exchange. If disqualified, the item will be returned to you at your expense.
- Shipping and delivery costs for the original order are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Custom Couture Orders
- All custom couture orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.
- Production begins immediately after your initial payment is received.
- Each custom dress is made specifically for you, we do not hold ready-made stock.
- Alterations may be offered for custom orders if requested within 2 working days of delivery.
Sample & Discounted Items
- Sample dresses and discounted items are final sale.
- No returns, exchanges, or alterations are offered on these items.
Sizing and Color Information
- If your measurements do not match our standard size chart, we recommend selecting custom sizing.
- Please note that actual product colors may vary due to individual device screen settings.
- We make every effort to display colors as accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee exact color reproduction.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Email us at info@stylevillebyoma.com within 2 business days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number (found in your confirmation email or packing slip).
- We will assess the issue and provide instructions to return and replace the item if eligible.
Custom Sizing Process
All custom dresses are tailored to your exact measurements. After receiving your order, we will:
- Contact you with our custom measurement template, or
- Schedule a virtual or in-person consultation to take your measurements.
Completed custom orders must be picked up or shipped within 14 working days of the agreed delivery timeline.
Custom Sketches
Custom garment illustrations are available upon request for an additional fee.
Please note: Styleville by Oma reserves the right to utilize any custom sketch designs created as part of our portfolio or marketing materials.
