Our goal is to provide you the best experience and make sure you get your desired dress.
By successfully placing an order you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy here.

Styleville by Oma reserves the right to update or remove any information on this site at anytime without prior notice.


RETURN POLICY 

  • We gladly accept returns for exchange if in an unlikely situation; you were sent a wrong item, or the item is not in accordance with the size measurements you have provided when placing your order. We will take full responsibility to correct this. You may return eligible items in their original condition within 10 business days from shipment arrival for your order to be considered for an exchange for the correct size. Upon receiving your returned item, we will confirm  if the item or size measurements were mismatched, once confirmed we will rearrange your order in the correct size and resend to you for free.
  • All purchases are final, hence refunds are not permitted; except for dresses listed as “sample dress” you can cancel your order within 24hrs after payment confirmation, you will receive full refund of your purchase. After 24 hours the order can not be canceled as we would have started processing your order.
  • It is your responsibility to order the correct size.
  • Styleville by Oma reserves the right to decide if an order is eligible for return/exchange.
  • All returns are for same item exchange only.
  • Only one return is permitted per item purchased.
  • All returns must be in their original condition: Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and free of lint, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Once any tag has been removed, an item cannot be returned.
  • Items returned that do not adhere to these standards will not be qualified for an exchange. You will be notified and the piece will be returned to you at your expense.

  • We are not responsible for returning shipping costs.
  • The shipping and delivery costs of the original item are non-refundable.
  • Custom couture orders are final and not eligible for refund or exchange.
  • When you have made your initial payment we will immediately begin the process of making your dress. Each dress is made to order, specifically for you. This means you cannot cancel your custom order.
  • We offer alterations on custom orders to clients that inform us within 2 working days after receiving your order.
  • We do not offer returns, exchanges or alterations on sample dresses and discounted items.
  • If your measurements do not correspond with our size chart here we recommend you request for custom sizing.
  • Please note important information regarding color(s) of products.
    Actual color(s) may vary.
    This is due to the fact that every computer monitor, laptop, tablet and phone screen has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently. We try to edit our photos to show all of our products as life-like as possible and also describe it as clear as possible but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the color you see on your device accurately portrays the true color of the product.

 

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items 

If by an unlikely chance you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, no worries! we’ll make it right, please contact us by sending a mail to Support@Stylevillebyoma.com indicating your order number (order number will appear clearly in your confirmation and shipping emails or on your packing slip), within 2 days of receiving the shipment and we’ll do our best to replace defective, damaged, or incorrect items. 

Custom Sizing Details

All custom dresses are made to your individual measurements, You will be contacted after your order has been received, and sent our custom measurement templates to guide you on the needed measurements for your custom dress or schedule virtual or physical appointment to get your measurements.

  • Completed custom order must be picked up or shipped maximum within 14 working days upon the agreed timeline.

Other

Custom garment illustration (sketch) service is provided upon client’s request for an additional fee.
